By using DestinaView ("the app") at destinaview.com, you agree to these terms. The app is run by Wilson S Soto. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What the app is
DestinaView helps you organize trip plans and keep track of costs. It is a planning aid. It does not make bookings, take payments for your travel, or give travel, legal, tax or financial advice.
Check your details
You enter the information, and you are responsible for it. Always confirm times, places, confirmation numbers and amounts with the airline, hotel or provider. Weather, map, place and exchange-rate information comes from other services and may be late or wrong.
Your trips and backups
Your trips are stored on your own device. We can't recover them if they are lost, cleared or the device is replaced. You are responsible for backing them up, for example with "Back up all trips".
Using the app
- Use it lawfully and for your own planning.
- Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it to harm others.
Ownership
The app, its design, name, logo and code are © 2026 Wilson S Soto, all rights reserved. You may use the app, but you may not copy it or use the name or logo without permission. The trips and content you enter remain yours.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always work, be error-free or be available. It may change or stop at any time.
Limit of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app, including missed bookings, wrong details, lost data or extra costs. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
